Called when he was going to be a little late. Spent hours trying to fix the refrigerator, but it was unfixable. Only charged his quoted trip charge. Very nice man, very hard worker.

I am so happy I stumbled upon this business through HomeAdvisor. It is so hard to find people you can trust to do a good job and not get over charged. I was able to get same day service on my dishwasher. Mice had chewed through the wires and Robert even went to the store to purchase mice bait for me to hopefully take care of the problem before he fixed the dishwasher. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him highly and will definitely call again for appliance repairs.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Robert was very friendly and accommodating with my work schedule. He gave me several tips to extend the life of my washing machine and explained how the various parts worked. I found him to be very straight-forward and professional and would definitely call him again for any needed repairs in the future.

Robert is a prince! My clothes dryer was not working properly. It was putting out only air and no heat. I called this company and he responded the same day. He came to my house and replaced the heating element in my dryer and cleaned everything. He is very neat, personable and explains everything. I do not think I have ever in my life requested a service call and had service of this caliber, and the same day to boot! I am so excited that I do not have to go to the laundromat while waiting days for a repairman. His charge was reasonable, and I will definitely use him again!"

Friendly , on time, and the value of service was remarkable great

Robert was very prompt on his appointment time, and diagnosed my problem very quickly. He did great work, and was very friendly. He explained to me what to do to possibly prevent the problem in the future.

The reason for my lower rating is, the labor charges were very high compared to others. Robert seemed surprised by this when I questioned him. I telephoned around to others after he left, and his fee is about 40-50% higher than the competitors.

Robert Fleitas, our service technician, was extremely professional and accommodating. I appreciated the quick responses to texts and general great communication. He was even able to identify a simple fix to our other appliance that had been bothering us for years. Thank you!

The best repairman I have ever had. He is very courteous, honest and knowledgeable. It is a joy to work with him. He does what he says he will do and gives me a fair price for the work he does. I think he goes above and beyond any other serviceman we have ever had!

He arrived on time (and was willing to reschedule, without a problem). He explained things to me as he worked in a way that made sense. I wasn't here when he stopped to fix the dryer. My wife said he was very courteous, nice and resolved the problem. My son arrived and the technician explained another problem on the motor which technician also fixed since it would create another problem. So to sum up both my wife and son said he was the best!

My repair man Robert Fleitas was very friendly and courteous, very professional! He repaired my ten year old Maytag front loader in about an hour! At a reasonable cost. I am very happy and will call him again if I need service on any of my appliances! PS My washer is working like new again! Thank You!!

So happy I found Robert. Sears came out twice and could not diagnose the problem. He installed and new ice maker for and he even came back to make sure ice was flowing properly.

The residential refrigerator in our RV wasn't working. We had 2 technicians in PA look at it, which both said it was the compressor and a new refrigerator is needed. We didn't have time to address this before we left PA.

Once we were in the area, Robert came out and checked the compressor, which was fine. He told us that he would return the following day with Freon. Once the Freon was added, along with a sealant, the temperature began to consistently drop. Robert felt that there was a small leak in the line and the sealant should take care of it.

On both day, Robert arrived EXACTLY within the time frame that we were given. He was courteous, professional, efficient and HONEST! He saved us a great deal of money since we didn't have to replace a residential refrigerator in a RV...which is NOT an easy task!
